It’s time. Today I started my diet. My wife is going to do it too. Well, in terms of kilos, I need it a bit more than she does, but our lifestyle could be better. At the moment we eat too many tasty things and drink too much alcohol.

Always a hassle, but it worked out we are all down. I still don’t feel very empty so in that sense the feeling of hunger is not too bad. I can eat greek yogurt with strawberries and berries. Yummy!

The children get tasty sandwiches with chocolate spread that I am not allowed to eat. Gosh, that’s disappointing! Greek yogurt with coffee is also pretty boring. Normally with a sandwich it is much better. I take a spoonful of peanut butter to make the coffee more enjoyable.
