Diet - Day 4

My wife has gone to work so I have to make sure that the children come to school.

Always a hassle, but it worked out we are all down. I still don’t feel very empty so in that sense the feeling of hunger is not too bad. I can eat greek yogurt with strawberries and berries. Yummy!

The children get tasty sandwiches with chocolate spread that I am not allowed to eat. Gosh, that’s disappointing! Greek yogurt with coffee is also pretty boring. Normally with a sandwich it is much better. I take a spoonful of peanut butter to make the coffee more enjoyable.

Dinner is fine. We make a kind of wrap with tasty vegetables, minced meat and even garlic sauce. The wrap itself is iceberg lettuce.

In the evening I actually have time to spare and that’s because normally I think I start doing nothing more quickly. A bit of snacking and a beer, I think you know it. That’s why I cleaned up a lot of the garage. So nice and busy! We close the evening with a series. We are now looking at an Israeli series called Fauda. Lots of action and it all goes pretty smoothly. Soon it is evening and I fall asleep like a baby.
