Cutting out carbohydrates

I’ve been trying to eat healthier by cutting out carbohydrates in the morning, but I’ve been struggling with intense hunger in the mornings. Despite my best efforts, I can’t seem to shake the feeling of hunger.
For lunch, I’ve been having two eggs with some yogurt and a little bit of peanut butter. This meal provides me with a good source of protein and healthy fats, but unfortunately, I still feel hungry in the afternoon.
For dinner, I had brown beans at my in-laws’ house. Although I was a bit skeptical about whether this was a healthy option, I decided to go for it. It tasted great, but I was still unsure about whether it was a good choice for my diet.
To unwind in the evening, I had a glass of rum instead of beer due to its lower carbohydrate content. I’m trying to be mindful of my carbohydrate intake, and every little bit helps.
Despite my dietary efforts, I’ve been experiencing some pain in my leg after a run. It was a slow run, but unfortunately, I still feel some discomfort in my leg.
Overall, I’m making some positive changes to my diet, but I’m still struggling with hunger and uncertainty about what to eat. Hopefully, with some trial and error, I’ll find a diet that works for me and supports my overall health and well-being.
